Service Description

This is not a beginner class. You may not sign up for this class if you have not taken martial arts in the past, or are not signed up for one of our other programs. You may sign up, but you must be approved by our Head Coach, Sifu Kaia, in order to participate. This class will always involve new boxing, kickboxing, judo, wrestling and Brazilian jiu jitsu drills; while we also stick to our Kajukenbo roots. We provide additional instruction from other professional martial artists Sifu has worked with over the last two decades, along with black belts in additional styles of martial arts coming to teach our students new exciting techniques. Class will always end with sparring and live rolls.
